3. Handling of Personal Information, etc.
- (1) SHUHEI TAKAHASHI LAW OFFICE (the “Office”) will comply with laws, guidelines, and other rules regarding the proper handling of Personal Information, Individual Number and Specific Personal Information (collectively, “Personal Information, etc.”).
- (2) The Office will acquire Personal Information, etc. in an appropriate manner.
- (3) The Office will use Personal Information solely for the purposes listed below and for purposes separately notified or announce except as otherwise permitted by laws and regulations.
- (i) providing legal services;
- (ii) receiving and responding to various inquiries, etc.;
- (iii) providing information on the Office’s activities (including, but not limited to, sending greetings cards, New Year’s cards, etc.);
- (iv) providing information on seminars and other events, and accepting applications for attendance and participation in such seminars and events;
- (v) sending newsletters, etc. and receiving applications for such newsletters, etc.;
- (vi) providing information on recruitment or receiving applications and inquiries;

- (vii) transferring information to and from applicants or job offers in relation to recruitment;

- (ix) other matters incidental or related to the above.
- (4) The Office will use Individual Number and Specific Personal Information solely to the extent required by laws and regulations.
- (5) The Office will endeavor to prevent unauthorized access to, loss, tempering, or leakage regarding Personal Information, etc. and will implement appropriate security control measures.
- (6) The Office will not provide Personal Information, etc. to any third party without obtaining the prior consent of the person, except as required by laws and regulations. Additionally, the Office will not provide Individual Number and Specific Personal Information to any third party, except as required by laws and regulations.
- (7) If the Office entrusts the handling of Personal Information, etc. to any third party, the Office will appropriately supervise to ensure of security control of Personal Information, etc.
